I admire you for challenging yourself with such a difficult subject...both in the hat and in the cast shadow. You did both beautifully. Love the way the sun shines through the holes in the shadowed side of her hat.
Growing up I spent much of my time drawing, cutting, gluing and piecing things together. I never thought of it as making art. I just knew I was having fun. While my supplies and techniques continue to change, my desire to create remains...and I'm still having fun! Thanks for taking the time to view my work.
