We see lots of turtles when we kayak on the lake.  Most of them slide into the water as we paddle by. This little guy stayed put, though, which made for some great photos.

Thanks for the nice welcome, Carol! I create paste paper and use it as the base for my paintings. I love the variety of textures and colors this technique provides. The way it surfaces in each painting makes for some fun surprises!
