This girl was standing among a crowd of people in the background of one of my reference photos. I looked at that photo many times before realizing she was even there. Fun to find such hidden treasures to paint!

The lines of this painting are beautiful. They flow from the paste paper background through her scarf and around her hair. Lovely movement.
